Constantly filling up the extra space in Page Six recently in the continuing contentions between designer Tory Burch and ex-husband, Chris Burch. The most recent issue between these two designers has been claims that Mr. Burch has ripped off his ex-wife’s signature look for his own new line, C. Wonder.

Because of this, Mr. Burch has been forced to step down off the board of Ms. Burch’s company. Tory Burch now is the sole chairperson of her own company. As a source told the Post in today’s paper:

“Tory is working with Chris to avoid more brand confusion. She is asking him to change his concept, which includes C. Wonder’s product, the design and the boutique. It remains Tory’s intent not to litigate–she is hopeful he’ll agree to change his concept. Litigation would be the very last resort.”
