As The Observer chomped our way through a hunk of filet last night at the TriBeCa Grand Hotel a rolling whisper circled around the room - apparently London's electro-sensation Hot Chip would be manning the DJ decks in a (somewhat secretive) pop up party - another rare, yet appropriate programming treat that we've come to expect from the TriBeCa mainstay.
