Last night at Catch, StyleCaster–which is like Fashism plus articles–celebrated its 2nd year of naming 50 stylish New Yorkers.

The criteria of being a stylish StyleCaster was detailed in Marni Golden intro to the online list:

To clarify, we did not select individuals for this feature based upon whose closets were bursting with couture or collections fresh off the runway, but rather by those whose style continues to keep us inspired, surprised, and let’s be honest, a bit jealous. Our roster includes New Yorkers from various walks of life (and boroughs), running the gamut from fashionista to food trucker and rocker to reporter.

Food trucker! That’s a profession now. (Obviously that is a profession now. And only the hippest foodies work out of food trucks, so why not just give them all the awards?)

A sampling of the 50 this year included Michael Chernow of the Meatball Shop, Carmelo Anthony of the Knicks, toddler Caiden Silverstein, Fabiola Beracasa, Soraya Darabi of Foodspotting,, Caiden Silverstein,  Nate Berkus and the cofounders of the Korilla Food Truck.

While we doubt Caiden made it out to Catch to celebrate his win–it was past his bedtime–other winners like Theophilus London and Mr. Berkus spent the night clinking glasses and making sure not to spill any tapas over their stylish attire.
