Happy Waffle Day! Yes, we should have alerted you earlier, but we were so busy brunching at the Waffle House Minetta Tavern (Editor’s Note: They only serve French Toast, but we make do,) that it slipped our mind.

Still, if you are craving delicious carbs but don’t want to seem common, Pan De Sal is open till 8 pm (hurry!), Gilt has a twist on the waffle as dessert, and both Aureole and the Oak Room serve foie gras on tiny waffles.
