The Cinema Society’s Damsels In Distress After Party: Reigning Indie Hipsteresses Mingle with the Boys of Gossip Girl

Last night The Cinema Society, (along with co-sponsors Town & Country and Brook Brothers) toasted Whit Stillman’s latest success, Damsels in Distress. Though the screening at Tribeca Grand Hotel began a half hour late and the room was packed to the gills, no one seemed to mind.

Later, stars mingled over at the Soho Grand Hotel’s Club Room, where they sipped from specialty cocktails provided by Woodbridge Sparkling Wine.It was just like Mr. Stillman’s Metropolitan…but with half the cast of Gossip Girl.
