A spring Sunday: a perfect preview of a long summer spent with our ultra-antsy kids—at least until they’re shipped off to camp! How to pass the time? (They want us to take them to The Avengers, but that seems a bit violent for young Clifford and Muffin.) We may as well imprint upon them early the values of being a patron of the arts at the Children’s Museum of the Arts’ Spring Benefit. Those values primarily include networking! The honorary chairs are a who’s who of classy celebrity mommies, including Julianna Margulies, Meg Ryan and Brooke Shields. Families are intended to dress up as “fantastical creatures and characters.” We’re going as Meg Ryan, circa 2005!
