As global warming seemed to elide winter this year, we’re going to spend spring catching up on all we missed out on—is Payard still serving hot chocolate? We’ll need something to warm up after we drop by Wollman Rink for the Skating With the Stars gala, at which we’ll be able to take the ice with Olympians like Evan Lysacek, Sasha Cohen and Johnny Weir (be sure not to get in his spotlight!). The whole thing’s in support of the charity Figure Skating in Harlem and will honor Vera Wang, who knows a thing or two about sparkles and ruffles. We’ve already asked her to design us a skating frock!
