Rashidah Ali–who technically isn’t one of the Real Housewives of Atlanta but owns B Chic Boutique, where all those ladies go–is back in New York. Unfortunately, the circumstances aren’t that pleasant, as one of our spies spotted Ms. Ali at 100 Centre Street, better known as the Criminal Court building.

We’re assuming Ms. Ali was there to testify about her birthday party brawl at Greenhouse last January, where she allegedly slashed up the face of a bouncer using only her razor-sharp nails. (Related: Chris Brown Gets Into Bottle-Bash with Drake underneath Greenhouse.)

The entrepreneur has claimed “Not Guilty” on her Twitter, but faces up to $10 million suit and up to 25 years in jail if a jury of her peers sees differently.

When one of VelvetRoper’s interns caught up to Ms. Ali, she was in the building’s cafeteria, trying to avoid the two photographers outside.

“I have nothing to say, there’s nothing going on,” Ms. Ali told us, before inquiring,  “How long are they [the photographers] going to wait out there?”

As long as you’re still vaguely relevant, Ms. Ali.
