The Observer hosted a party kicking off the summer season–and showing guests some of the fun they would soon be having practically every weekend. While the fete was held at the city’s Manhattan House, a Hamptons mood pervaded–and, after all, downtown’s no geographically further from the hottest action out East than is Quogue!
