We’re rounding the bend of Restaurant Week, which began a fortnight ago and will run until August 10. (And we thought an Eight-Day Week bordered on the excessive.) The restaurants to avoid if you’d like to be seated at your regular table for a quiet lunch include “21” and Michael’s, for traditionalists; Co-Op Food and Drink and DBGB, for downtown sorts; Cipriani and Delmonico’s, for banking types; and Red Rooster and Mercer Kitchen and, and, and! There’s an endless bounty for New Yorkers with Daniel Boulud dreams and Ronald McDonald wallets—and maybe some of them shall even make return visits!
Restaurant Week runs through August 10 across the city, information can be found at nycgo.com/restaurantweek.
