Marc Jacobs memo

Nemo has claimed its first fashion week victim. Designer Marc Jacobs sent out this memo yesterday, confirming that the Marc Jacobs show has been postponed, due to a delay in deliveries. Marc Jacobs International President Robert Duffy told WWD yesterday that they were still missing bags, shoes and fabrics. While Jacobs and Duffy both apologized for the inconvenience, they have no doubt ruffled a few feathers, since many will have to delay or reschedule their flights to London Fashion Week, which starts February 15th.

The Marc by Marc Jacobs show will fill the original Marc Jacobs show time slot on February 11th. The Marc Jacobs show will take place on February 14th at 8pm, so you can go ahead and cancel those Valentine’s Day restaurant reservations since it looks like you’ll be spending the night with your handsome, fashion week lover. After all, ditching your family and relationship obligations is fashion week is all about!
