PART-TIME DESIGN INTERNSHIP

SCENE Magazine, A high end New York society and fashion monthly publication, is seeking interns for spring/summer 2013.  The ideal candidate should be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, with strong skills in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. The ability to color correct and basic skills in image editing is also essential, as well as conduct photo research in a timely manner. Experience in graphic design and editorial layout is also preferred. Previous magazine and editorial experience is a plus, though not required.

Interns will assist the Art Director with daily art and production responsibilities. Candidates must be organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task in a high stress, fast-paced work environment. Interns must reside in the greater New York City area and be able to work part time during the academic semester. This internship is unpaid. College credit can be arranged.
